Presentation Design

In the Fall of 2021, I had the opportunity to design and illustrate some components for a Skills Boost presentation called "Differentiation in Early Reading" which was presented by Amplify's Chief Product Officer Alexandra Clarke to the CEO and Executive Board during one of the annual meetings.

For the opener slide, I used the Skills Boost color palette to explore different options for the title. Our final choice was solid purple for better legibility purposes. I also sketched the illustration which aimed to communicate the early reading theme of the deck, showing diversity, progression, and the idea that children read at different levels and should have educational resources that address that.

Using a consistent color palette and font selection, I designed the provided information amidst fun, playful shapes.
The trivia component of the presentation required a simple template that Alexandra could use to add questions. Using the same star elements, brush strokes and colors as in the first two slides, I created an illustration that was used for the next 10 slides.

Some additional slides in this presentation contain digital collages and original illustrations that effectively communicated different ideas about the concept and program in a visual way.
